Founder, Principal
Brandon Green is the visionary behind Pitons Capital. He has a strong record of leadership in real estate sales and investment, with more than a decade of industry expertise. His business insights have propelled Pitons Capital into a leading private investment and development company.
At Pitons Capital, Mr. Green oversees all due diligence/acquisitions, capital raising efforts, real estate development and asset management for the firm. During his tenure, he guides the firm’s strategies for growth, and ensures that the Company's core philosophy of valued experience-centric decision making is reflected throughout the company.
Brandon is a former Board member of Manatee Habitat for Humanity. Brandon also earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree from the Florida State University.
Tracey Green
Managing Partner, VP of Real Estate Sales
As Vice President of Real Estate Sales, Tracey Green has been a driving force in the success of Pitons Capital since joining the organization in 2018. Leveraging her leadership and service background, Tracey developed the systems that support Piton’s growth and help partners deliver consistent experiences to our investors and clients.
Prior to joining Pitons Capital, Tracey was a U.S Army Paratrooper where she developed the commitment to excellence in every aspect of service.
Tracey is deeply committed to giving back to the communities in which Pitons Capital operate through Pitons Cares, a philanthropic effort that donates to nonprofit organizations, schools and hospitals since it’s founding in 2022.
